Verification emails usually arrive in your inbox within 10-30 seconds, but sometimes may take up to a few minutes to appear.
If you still did not receive the email after 2 minutes, it could be because of one of the following reasons:
- It has been labeled as spam by your email client (make sure to check your spam folder to rule this out)
- Your email client is blacklisting Sendgrid, Mushino's email provider. Unfortunately, some email clients are known to block IP addresses used by Sendgrid (sometimes in an effort to promote their own services).
To re-send the email, log in with your chosen credentials. The following screen will appear:
Click "Send email again" to send the email again. You can have a new email sent every 60 seconds.
